Furthermore, it is our mission to operate our company in line with the financial principles outlined in the Holy Bible, so that fifty years from now this company will still be in business to serve the needs of your future generations.

In June 1978, Gary Redekas, the managing partner of American Excellence, L.L.C., Garage Doors of Tariffville, CT, quit his job at a local lumber yard to start his own business as a remodeling contractor. In the years that passed, he gained knowledge and experience in all phases of home remodeling. Over the years he was drawn into specializing his business in one aspect of the construction industry. That aspect is garage doors. In July 1998, Gary formed a partnership with his wife, Jean; their daughter, Jackie; and their son, Steve; and named it American Excellence,L.L.C., Garage Doors. It is truly a family business. In every job they do, the goal is excellence in the finished product.
